    Police Certificates, International Child Protection Certificates and subject access requests

    Subject access online application service

    Online requests for subject access will be unavailable from 12pm (noon) UK time on Wednesday 23rd May until 9.00am UK time on Friday 25th May. We will aim to get the service up and running as soon as possible. You can still apply via post, see here for details. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


    Online application payments

    A number of customers are experiencing an issue with online payments for Police Certificates and International Child Protection Certificates.

    Unfortunately this only becomes apparent at the payment stage at the end.

    We recommend that before you start your application you clear your cookies and make sure you are using the latest version of your internet browser.

    The following browsers will support the application:
    Internet Explorer 9 and above
    Internet Explorer 8 on Windows 7 and above
    Google Chrome all versions
    Firefox version 3.5 and above
    Safari version 5 and above
    Opera version 12 and above

    Using a browser that is not listed above may mean you are unable to make payment and complete your application.

    Some customers are also reporting that waiting some moments for the page to load is working.

    We are investigating the issue and will keep you updated.

    While we are not aware of issues for subject access requests, if you experience any difficulty, try clearing cookies and using the most current browser.
