Can I come to ACRO’s offices and collect my Police Certificate/subject access/ICPC?
No, we are not able to offer a collection service.
 
Can I have my documents emailed to me?
No, this is a service which we don’t currently offer.
 
I am about to emigrate to Canada and need to present my Police Certificate at the Canadian Embassy this week otherwise my move will fall through. How can I receive my documents?

I applied for a Police Certificate the day before the postal strike using your premium service. When can I expect to receive this now?
As a premium customer, your application will be prioritised upon receipt of your application.  We will process your application within the agreed timescale, but please anticipate expected delays due to the nationwide postal strikes.
 
I am due to fly out to Camp America in a few days. I have applied for an ICPC but have yet to receive it. What can I do?
