    Police Certificates, International Child Protection Certificates and subject access requests

    ** Please note, our prices are increasing. From 2nd January 2020 the cost of a standard Police Certificate will increase from £45 to £55, and £80 to £95 for a premium certificate. The cost of an International Child Protection Certificate will increase from £60 to £75.

    For further support on these services, you can contact our Customer Services desk, which is open Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 7.30pm UK time. 

    Please be aware that on both Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve the Customer Services department will be closing earlier than normal; 7.30am – 5pm UK time. While ACRO’s office will be closed on 25th December, 26th December and 1st January 2020.

    Record deletion
